Everything was nice, and we enjoyed the good location near Évora's city center and the old town.

The a twin room was quiet with tv. A microwave, a dishwasher, and coffee/tea makers were provided if needed. Also, location was good and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Roman Temple of Evora.

I especially liked that each room had a private toilet and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. the owner personally checked us in and provided guidance and shared his knowledge of the city, which was invaluable in discovering hidden gems.

the wifi was not working in the room and only available in public spaces. This was inconvenient as I had hoped to use the internet in the privacy of my own room.

The location of the guesthouse was very convenient, being close to the city center and various museums. the staff at Guesthouse Alentejo were so friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage for half a day so that we could visit the cathedral before leaving. the rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast offered was good.
